                   Một lối chơi chữ văn chương  để cho bệnh nhân dễ bị xập bẫy, trả tiền ná thở:  UNDER OBSERVATION, thay vì dùng chữ bình dân trắng đen rõ rệt:  YOU PAY YOURSELF ??????

Nếu dùng  Medicare khi nhập viện (inpatient) phải coi chừng bị gài bẫy,  đừng để bệnh viện ghi "UNDER OBSERVATION", Quý Vi phải tự trả tiền ($$) lấy đó.
